Our Main Aubrey Services
Most Aubrey homeowners reach out to us for two reasons: a cooling system that stopped working in the middle of a North Texas summer, or a furnace that won’t hold temperature when the January cold snaps roll through. Here’s how each works in Aubrey.
AC Repair in Aubrey
Aubrey summers regularly push past 100 degrees, and when an AC fails, the inside of a house can hit 90 by midafternoon. We diagnose the issue, put the repair price in writing, and get the work done the same day in most cases. From refrigerant recharge – topping off the cooling fluid your system needs to reach set temperature – to failed capacitors and compressor issues, our technicians arrive in uniform, background-checked, and ready to explain exactly what they found. See how we handle AC issues at AC Repair in Aubrey.
Heat Pump Installation in Aubrey
Heat pumps make sense for a lot of Aubrey homes, especially newer builds that are well-insulated and sealed. A heat pump moves heat instead of generating it, which means one system handles both cooling and heating. We size the unit to the home’s square footage, ductwork, and exposure – no guesswork, no oversizing to pad the quote. The installation gets a set date, a written fixed price, and a full-year labor guarantee. Get the details at Heat Pump Installation in Aubrey.
Furnace Repair in Aubrey
Aubrey winters bring stretches of freezing nights, and a furnace that won’t stay lit is a real problem. We repair gas furnaces, electric furnaces, and heat pump auxiliary systems. Common calls include failed igniters, dirty flame sensors, and blower motors that have seized. The repair is guaranteed in writing for a full year; if it fails in that time, we return at no charge. Why Aubrey Homes Are Different
Aubrey sits in Denton County on the northeast edge of the DFW metro, and the housing here runs the full spectrum. You’ll find starter homes and custom builds in developments like Sandbrock Ranch, ArrowBrooke, and Winn Ridge, plus older pier-and-beam houses closer to downtown Aubrey and acreage properties with long driveway runs east of town. That range matters for HVAC work. A 1,600-square-foot single-story needs a different approach than a 3,200-square-foot two-story with high ceilings, and a pier-and-beam home has different duct conditions than a slab foundation.
The climate does the rest. Aubrey gets the full North Texas swing: triple-digit summers, freeze events in winter, and spring storm seasons that bring humidity and occasional power fluctuations. Systems here work harder than they do in milder parts of the country. Clay soil shifting under slab foundations is another local reality – it can stress refrigerant lines and duct connections over time, and we see that in Aubrey regularly.
Brands We Service in Aubrey
Our technicians are factory-trained on Trane, Lennox, Goodman, and Rheem, among others, and we stock common parts for those systems locally. That means faster diagnosis and fewer return trips waiting on parts. See the full list at our brands.
Pricing for HVAC Company in Aubrey, TX
| Service | Typical range in Aubrey |
|---|---|
| AC Repair | $150 – $650 |
| Furnace Repair | $150 – $700 |
| AC Installation | $3,500 – $7,500 |

What pushes a repair toward the higher end in Aubrey is usually the part itself – a compressor replacement costs more than a capacitor, simple as that. Home age and system brand also play in. Whatever the number is, you’ll see it in writing before any work starts, and that price doesn’t move when the job is done.
