Who We’re Looking For
- HVAC Service Technician – Someone who can diagnose a system accurately under pressure and explain what they found in plain language, not just hand the homeowner a repair order and head to the truck.
- HVAC Installer / Installer Helper – Someone who takes the physical work seriously, cares about a clean install, and doesn’t cut corners on the last step just because it’s the last step.
- Apprentice Technician – Someone early in their trade path who is coachable, shows up ready, and wants to understand the why behind the work, not just follow a checklist.
- Heat Pump Specialist – Someone with hands-on experience on refrigerant-based heating systems and the patience to walk homeowners through how heat pumps differ from what they had before.
- Dispatcher / Service Coordinator – Someone who stays calm when three things go wrong at once, communicates clearly with both the crew and the customer, and takes the arrival window as seriously as we do.
- Customer Service Representative – Someone who answers the phone like a real person, knows enough about HVAC to ask the right questions, and genuinely wants the caller to leave the conversation better off than when they dialed.

We don’t hand you a manual and call it onboarding. New technicians and apprentices work alongside experienced crew members on real calls until the fundamentals are solid. The goal is for you to move from apprentice to lead on a timeline that’s tied to your skill, not a calendar. We service nine major residential brands – Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Daikin, Bryant, and American Standard – which means you’ll see a wide range of equipment and build the kind of versatility that actually matters in this trade.

If you’ve spent time doing mechanical work – automotive, plumbing, appliance repair, construction, manufacturing – more transfers than you think. Reading a wiring diagram, tracing a refrigerant circuit, understanding airflow: these aren’t mysteries, they’re skills, and someone who’s been problem-solving with their hands for years can learn them.
What we teach in the first months: how residential HVAC systems are built and how they fail, how to use diagnostic tools correctly, how to price a job in writing and explain it to a homeowner, and the specifics of The Garrison Code – showing up inside the window, leaving the site clean, standing behind the repair.
